Overview

This website is operated by alittlecinematic, LLC ("alittlecinematic," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform. Purchases are made from alittlecinematic, not Shopify.

Using Our Store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and to use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

Products & Orders

Our merchandise is custom-printed to order and fulfilled by production partners through Printify. Please review product descriptions, dimensions, size information, and your selections before ordering. Screen settings and production processes may cause minor differences in color or appearance. This does not limit your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Products are subject to availability. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, an availability issue, or a material pricing or listing error. If an order is affected, we will notify you and refund any payment for canceled items. An order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order.

Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown in the store or checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us are shown before you complete your purchase. Prices and promotions may change for future orders; changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order. Discounts are subject to their stated eligibility requirements and restrictions.

Production & Shipping

Estimated production time is 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 5–10 business days for shipping. Timeframes vary by product, shipping option, and destination, and delays may occur. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. Please review our Shipping Policy for shipping costs, international charges, and other delivery information. Contact us promptly if your order is delayed or missing. These estimates do not limit mandatory delivery or cancellation rights.

Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

Because our merchandise is custom-printed to order, our Refund & Return Policy does not offer standard returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please submit a form on our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with a photo so we can arrange a free replacement. Please consult our Refund & Return Policy for details. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly; we cannot guarantee a change once production has begun.

Nothing in these terms or our policies excludes rights provided by applicable consumer law. Made-to-order production does not by itself eliminate statutory withdrawal rights, and the requested reporting window does not override mandatory rights concerning defective or nonconforming goods.

Website content is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially use protected content without permission from the relevant rights holder, except as permitted by law. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights relating to existing purchases.
